Which Fairphone models are the cases suitable for?

Our cases and leather flip covers fit Fairphone 4, 5 and 6. For bundles, please refer to the respective product details.

Are the cases sustainable and environmentally friendly?

Yes, our hard cases are made from biodegradable materials, and the leather flip covers are responsibly tanned. Packaging and shipping are plastic-free and carbon-neutral.

Will all the functions of your smartphone remain intact?

Yes, all ports, buttons, fingerprint sensors, camera and speakers remain fully functional.

How does a magnetic clasp or magnetic ring work?

The leather flip covers close securely with a magnetic clasp. The SmartShell hard cases, models 5 and 6, feature an integrated magnetic ring for magnetic accessories such as wrist straps or mounts.

Can I store cards in the sleeves?

Yes, many of our leather flip covers have three card slots for credit cards, ID cards or banknotes.

How do I care for my phone case or leather cover?

Hard cases can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Leather flip covers should be wiped dry and occasionally treated with a leather conditioner to maintain their natural patina.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Yes, all Biowaves products come with a 6-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects.

How does the return process work?

Returns are easy via our portal. We offer a simple process for defective products or items you no longer want.

Does the accessory also work retroactively?

Yes, HangHub, wrist straps or necklaces can be retrofitted to all compatible hard cases and flip covers.
