Is the voucher intended to be redeemed in another country?

The voucher is valid for orders with a delivery address in the country specified in the product title. 

If you would like to buy a voucher for someone in a different country, please first select the recipient's country from the dropdown menu at the top of the shop header. The appropriate voucher will then be displayed.

How your Biowaves voucher works 

Sometimes it’s not that easy to choose the right accessories for someone else.

With a Biowaves gift voucher, you’re not giving them just any case or a specific accessory, but the opportunity to choose for themselves what best suits their Fairphone and everyday life.

Simply select the desired voucher amount and complete your order as usual.

You decide the value. The recipient decides what suits them.

Give as a gift directly or pass it on in person  

If you wish, you can have the gift certificate sent directly by email to the recipient.

To do this, you can provide the recipient's name and email address when ordering, add a personal message, and select a preferred delivery date. We will then automatically send the  gift certificate by email.

If you would prefer to present the gift certificate in person, you can also have it sent to yourself first. You can then, for example, print out the gift certificate code, write it on a card of your own design, or incorporate it into your own gift idea.

 Good to know  

  •  Digital Voucher 

    You will not receive a physical voucher by mail. The voucher will be provided digitally via email.

  • Multiple values can be combined 

    Multiple voucher amounts can be ordered together. You will receive a separate voucher code for each.

  • Remaining balance is preserved

    If the full value of the voucher is not used, the remaining balance will be available for a later order.

  • Redemption: Multiple vouchers and  additional payment accepted 

    Multiple gift cards can be combined when placing an order. If the balance is not sufficient, you can pay the difference using a different payment method.

  •  Valid for 3 years 

    The statutory limitation period is 3 years and begins at the end of the year in which the voucher was purchased. A voucher purchased in 2026 can therefore generally be redeemed until December 31, 2029.

  •  Availability 

    Gift cards are currently available for Germany, France, the Netherlands, Austria, Great Britain, and Switzerland. You can find further terms and conditions in our Terms of Service under Section 9, “Redemption of Gift Cards”.

Yes. You can provide the recipient's email address, add a personal message, and, if desired, select a delivery date.

Can I also have the voucher sent to myself first?

Yes. If you would prefer to give it as a gift in person, you can receive it yourself first and then pass on the gift code.

What happens if the entire balance is not used?

The remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be used for a later order.

What happens if the order is more expensive than the voucher?

The voucher amount will be deducted from the order total. The remaining balance can then be paid using one of the available payment methods.
