At the end of its lifespan, the case can be disposed of with regular household waste.

Under suitable conditions, the material decomposes without leaving harmful residues or producing permanent microplastics.

Since there are currently no comprehensive take-back systems for bioplastics in Europe, we recommend this disposal method.

Does the casing stretch out over time or does it remain stable?

Our hard cases are not made of soft silicone, but of a sturdy PP material with wheat straw content and slight elasticity. This ensures the fit remains permanently precise – without stretching or wobbling.

What exactly is the casing made of?

The SmartShell consists of polypropylene (PP) with a recycled PP content, natural wheat straw fibers, and the additive SK-BIO01.
