At Biowaves, quality comes first. That’s why all our products come with a 6-month warranty—a fair, transparent, and long-lasting guarantee.

What the warranty covers

Our warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers:

• Material defects
• Manufacturing defects
• Damage affecting functionality or durability

If your case is damaged during the first 6 months of normal use (for example, as a result of a fall), we will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to replace it.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches or signs of use)
• Damage caused by improper use or installation
• Damage caused by external factors (e.g., heat, humidity, chemicals)
• Loss or Theft

How to use the warranty

1. Send us an email at support@biowaves.de
2. Please enter your order number
3. Please send 1 to 2 photos of the product in question

We will review your case and generally offer you one of the following solutions:

• Substitute product (subject to availability)
• or a refund of the purchase price

Scope of application

The warranty applies to all countries within the EU, as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Important note

Your legal rights regarding defects remain unchanged and are not limited by this warranty. You may exercise these rights free of charge.
