At Biowaves, quality comes first. That’s why we offer a 6-month guarantee on all our products – fair, simple and in the spirit of sustainability.
What the guarantee covers
Our guarantee starts from the date of purchase and covers material defects and manufacturing faults that affect the function or durability of the product.
We also offer a goodwill replacement if your Biowaves case is damaged by a normal fall within the first 6 months after purchase, while your phone remains unharmed. After all, that’s exactly what it’s made for – to protect.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches or signs of use
- Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation or chemical exposure
- Changes caused by heat, humidity or external influences
- Loss, theft or misuse of the product
How to submit a warranty claim
Please email us at support@biowaves.de or use the contact form on our website. Include one or more photos of the affected product and your order number.
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will usually send you a replacement product – if the model is still available. If it is no longer available or you prefer not to receive a replacement, you will receive a credit equal to the original purchase amount.
Scope of validity
Our guarantee applies to all countries we ship to – within the EU, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
