Biowave's Warranty

At Biowaves, quality comes first. That’s why all our products come with a 6-month warranty—fair, transparent, and in the spirit of sustainability.

What the warranty covers

Our warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers:

• material defect
• Manufacturing defects
• Damage that affects functionality or durability

If your case is damaged within the first 6 months under normal use (e.g., due to a fall), we will decide on a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches or signs of use)
• Damage caused by improper use or installation
• Damage caused by external factors (e.g., heat, moisture, chemicals)
• Loss or theft

How to Use the Warranty

2. Please enter your order number
3. Please send 1–2 photos of the affected product

We will review your case and typically offer you one of the following solutions:

• Substitute product (if available)
• or a refund in the amount of the purchase price

Scope

The warranty applies to all countries within the EU, as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Important Note

You are entitled to the statutory rights regarding defects regardless of this warranty, and these rights are not limited by this warranty. You may exercise these rights at no cost to you.
