How does a magnetic clasp or magnetic ring work?

The leather flip covers close securely with a magnetic clasp. The SmartShell hard cases, models 5 and 6, feature an integrated magnetic ring for magnetic accessories such as wrist straps or mounts.

Can I store cards in the sleeves?

Yes, many of our leather flip covers have three card slots for credit cards, ID cards or banknotes.

How do I care for my phone case or leather cover?

Hard cases can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Leather flip covers should be wiped dry and occasionally treated with a leather conditioner to maintain their natural patina.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Yes, all Biowaves products come with a 6-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects.

How does the return process work?

Returns are easy via our portal. We offer a simple process for defective products or items you no longer want.

Does the accessory also work retroactively?
